Pointsetta


  • 1 oz. ,-or- 30 ml. Cranberry Juice
  • .25 oz. -or- 8 ml. Simple Syrup (optional)
  • .5 oz -or- 15 ml. Dry Curaçao or Triple Sec
  • 2 dashes of Absinthe
  • Trapped Rosemary Smoke
  • Top off with Champagne
  • Garnish with a rosemary ‘wreath’ and cranberry or two

How To Make

  • Add cranberry juice, simple syrup, and curaçao together in a glass.
  • Crack or add ice to said glass, stir well
  • Smoke rosemary in glass (burn rosemary, turn the glass over it until it’s smokey)
  • Add cranberry juice, simple & curaçao to glass
  • Top off with champagne
  • Garnish with rosemary and cranberry
