- 1 oz. ,-or- 30 ml. Cranberry Juice
- .25 oz. -or- 8 ml. Simple Syrup (optional)
- .5 oz -or- 15 ml. Dry Curaçao or Triple Sec
- 2 dashes of Absinthe
- Trapped Rosemary Smoke
- Top off with Champagne
- Garnish with a rosemary ‘wreath’ and cranberry or two
How To Make
- Add cranberry juice, simple syrup, and curaçao together in a glass.
- Crack or add ice to said glass, stir well
- Smoke rosemary in glass (burn rosemary, turn the glass over it until it’s smokey)
- Add cranberry juice, simple & curaçao to glass
- Top off with champagne
- Garnish with rosemary and cranberry
